We have been getting a lot of rain lately. There is so much standing water the kids have been fishing in the front yard.

The sun is out and I am wishing I could be hiking with Allan.

Though, maybe not here. We were hiking “The Crack and the Mudslide” in the Drakensburg. It was the hardest hike I have ever done. It was beautiful though.

After Megan’s soccer game (they won 2-0), we decided hot chocolate was just what we needed.
