Adrian

Adrian came upstairs all ready to go exploring! He is a hunter, pirate, explorer, scientist. He is exploring the back yard for deer.

In his bag at his side, he has a poisonous frog with a hurt back right leg.  The frog has a band-aid on it and Adrian is nursing it back to health.

Mark and Tigger

When Mark was born, a Sunday School Class sent a HUGE care package full of surprises for us.  They sent Mark a Pooh Bear, Eeyore, Tigger and Piglet rattle toys plus other toys. But he liked his Tigger the best.

For his first birthday we got him this Tigger. We  had asked Allan’s parents to buy him one. They brought it when they visited us when Mark was 9 months old.  Sam sent a smaller one that Mark loved too.

Mark still likes his Tiggers, but shared his collection with Adrian, who loves Tigger too.

Twelve Years Old

Happy Birthday Mark!

Daddy and I are so glad that God gave you to us.

You are growing into such a wonderful young man. I love your wonderful hugs, your sense of humor, and your love of people. I wonder where that combination will take you.

I love you  very much, Mark!

Midnight Photo Shoot

Yesterday, Megan slept most all day. So, what do you do when your little one is ready to play and it is late? You play with her! So here is our midnight photo session.

Megan finally fell asleep just after 1:00 and slept until 5:45.  Now if she would only move bedtime a few hours earlier!

Tigger and Pooh Bear

According to Tigger, this picture looks funny. He doesn’t have his stripes on his face or the pink on his nose. He likes the picture though.

He likes Pooh bear, she is funny.  Tigger loves Pooh Bear. Yesterday, Pooh Bear had some glitter on and Tigger liked that.

Not for the Squeamish

We found this Walking Stick while on our walk at Oxbow today. Audrey enjoyed playing with it. She did not want to let it go when it was time to leave. Adrian only enjoyed playing with it as long as Audrey caught it before it got near his face.

Fall Fun

What a beautiful fall day! We went to Oxbow for Science Class.  It was chilly, but we had fun looking for animals and tracks.  After lunch and some reading time, the kids went outside and raked a huge leaf pile to play in. As I took the leaf pile picture, the kids yelled, “Hi Opa and Oma!”
